How do you get premium first of all. second too many people have premium and always use console to kill everyone

All you have to do is spend credits when you create the server and then it will be a premium server.

  So I’m confused.. I stream tomorrow and more then likely will purchase the 1000 credit thing. But I had 60 credits, so if I make a server and spend some I can have a premium server? And how long will the server stay up?
  Which I am assuming if it closes after 90mins I have to spend more credits?
