Whenever I create a server only first five members who attempts to join the server can join it,for the rest,it just displays “CONNECTING”

The link you provided is wrong: it send to the server of the user who opens it. So, to me, it shows MY server. To you it shows YOUR server.
Anyway, under some circumstances, it can takes up to 20 secinds to connecto…. did you wait? -
